About This Tour
The Paro Tshechu is Bhutan's most celebrated annual festival, held in the spring at Rinpung Dzong. Over four days, monks and laymen perform sacred Cham masked dances representing victories of good over evil, with the highlight being the early-morning unfurling of the giant Thongdrel (sacred scroll painting).
