Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before booking a tour or using our services.

1. Agreement to Terms
By making a booking or enquiry with Bhutan Dynasty Travel ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all tours, travel arrangements, and services provided by us. Please read them carefully before confirming any booking.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we receive a completed booking form and a deposit payment as agreed. We will issue a written confirmation upon receipt. All bookings are subject to availability of permits, accommodation, and services at the time of confirmation.
3. Payments
A deposit (typically 30% of the total tour cost) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days before the departure date. For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or other methods as agreed. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your written notification:

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation.
5. Changes by the Client
If you wish to make changes to a confirmed booking, we will do our best to accommodate requests, subject to availability and any applicable fees from hotels, airlines, or permit authorities. Changes requested within 30 days of departure may not always be possible.
6. Changes by Bhutan Dynasty Travel
We reserve the right to make minor itinerary changes due to weather, road conditions, permit availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a significant change, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives of comparable value or a full refund.
7. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients travelling with us. Your policy must cover medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Please ensure your policy is valid for travel in Bhutan and provide us with your insurer's details prior to departure.
8. Liability
Bhutan Dynasty Travel acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers. While we take every care in selecting our partners, we are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or force majeure events.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport, obtain the necessary visas, and meet all health and entry requirements for Bhutan. You are also responsible for your own conduct and must respect local customs, laws, and the environment throughout your stay.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhutan.
